Lark is an app for survivors of all types of abuse that helps individuals break free from trauma bonds, process difficult emotions, reflect, develop healthier coping skills, and heal from the effects of abuse. Our therapist interface helps you track your client’s thought processes, moods, and progress as they make their way through the app.
How Does Lark Work?
Lark helps those who have experienced abuse heal through addressing the strengthening the sense of self. Through guided prompts and gamification, the app is designed to empower those who have had their power taken away in some of the worst ways imaginable.
